"Revise your Recruitment System!" Netizen nanawagan sa SM Appliance dahil sa mataas na standard nito

Maraming mga indibidwal na masisipag ang matagal ng naghahanap ng oportunidad na makapasok sa trabaho, ngunit dahil sa sobrang taas ng standards at hirap ng mga kwalipikasyon ng karamihan sa mga kompanya sa Pilipinas ay marami pa ring pinoy ang nananatiling walang trabaho.

Ito ang pinuntirya ng isang dating merchant mariner na si Lacruiser Relativo sa kaniyang post na nag viral naman agad.

Sa kaniyang post ay tinawag niya ang atensyon ng isang partikular na malaking kumpanya sa bansa maging ang iba pang mga kompanya na kasalukuyang naghahanap ng mga empleyado. Tinawag niya ang atensyon ng mga ito dahil sa mabibigat na kwalipikasyon na kanilang hinahanap sa mga aplikante,kapalit ng maliit na sweldo para sa trabahong kaya naman gampanan ng mga hindi nakapag tapos ng pag-aaral.

Sa larawan na ipinost ni Lacruiser makikita dito na kasalukuyang hiring ang SM Appliance Center para sa bakanteng posisyon ng Sales Assistants at Customer Service Assistants. Makikita din dito na kailangan nila ng aplikante na nakapag tapos ng 4 year Degree Course at kailangan ding "WITH PLEASING PERSONALITY".

It is high time to look over again and revise your recruitment system. You are too selfish in sipping the creative juices of graduates for a meager income.

You require a degree holder to man your appliance showroom? WHY IS THAT? I understand that there is a specific qualifications for a certain role but this is way too much. Give the undergrad a chance.

A chance to have a shot in life. I do not think that the success of your Appliance Company is primarily dependent on the educational attainment of your employees.

Get an undergrad who can match the same enthusiasm and passion at work. These are the qualities that last long and not your pleasing personality require ment. Lastly may your Human Resource be Human. Thank you.
